WestJet’s Q4 profit soars 138%

What's this company doing right - building brand loyalty with an excellent customer experience. I mean, who doesn't like flying WestJet - their jokes are so bad, you just have to laugh - but you really do get the sense they 'care' about you as a passenger, and more importantly as a Customer.
